DCED is preparing materials for the Neighborhood Business District Improvement Program running thru summer of 2027. Pre-applications are due in March, with final applications due in April. Applications may be completed online at Choose Cincinnati.. Guidelines and full schedule may also be found there.

2026 membership dues are now due. Dues currently are $100. Membership entitles your district to rate projects submitted for the 2026-27 funding cycle. Please provide both an email address and phone number for both your primary and alternate representatives. You may email to CNBDU513@gmail.com.
Welcome to Our Board
Members elected two new members - Joe Groh of Oakley and Brandon Williams of Corryville - to the board at the Januray meeting. Matt Bourgeois of Clifton Heights was re-elected to another three-year term. We offer our profound gratitude to Sarah Thomas of Northside and Mike Wagner, who co-founded CNBDU, for their years of dedication to the group.
